THE GRID plugin is not activated

Hello, I am using wordpress multisite and created 3 wordpress sites under 1 installation. The first 2 sites has been ok. PRO and other PLUGINS are activated and liscensed. But when I installed the 3rd site on the multisite, the GRID is having some issues in liscense activation. Can you help me please.

Hi,

Please note that the extensions including the grid plugin don’t need to be activated because of the way that we are utilizing the plugin with in X

Hello Paul, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately this is not what I meant.

What I meant was I created 3 websites under 1 installation on Wordpress Multisite. It has 3 THEMECO PRO liscenses and activated. But only 2 worked well. The last one is not activated properly. Can you login to our site to see if it’s working? if yes I’ll give you a temporary login. thanks
