The directory of theme "x" does not exist

Hi,

I’m trying to export my site to another domain, but I still get the following errors:

“The theme directory “x” does not exist”
“ERROR: The themes directory is empty or does not exist. Verify your installation.”

How should I go about recovering my site?

Hello @Channing,

Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that the x folder located in wp-content/themes/ folder does exist. You may need to login to your ftp and browse to the mentioned folder path. If you are migrating your site to another domain, I would highly recommend that you check out our knowledge base article first:
