When people try to contact with us, some of the messages either lost on the way or sent it to us twice, On our contact page, the “Send” button does not give any feedback to the people who wants to contact with us whether it is send to us or not. There is no spinning wheel or progress bar. How can we solve these problem?

Can you confirm first that you are using a compatible version of the plugin? See it here.
If yes, let’s try first for a general troubleshooting. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If this is not caused by a third party plugin, please share credentials inside a secure note so we can check contact form 7 email setup. You may also want to include FTP credentials so we an check your site error log. Thanks.
