The behavior of Shrink Amount in the header builder is strange

When I set Shrink Amount in STICKY setup, repeating scroll up and scroll down will make the menu bar smaller and smaller.

It also occurs on the desktop, but it is noticeable when displaying on a smartphone.

How can I stabilize the menu bar?
I would like to use the Shrink Amount option as it is.
