Thank you page error

Hey, once a customer finished his payment, the thank you page looks like this.

Do you have any idea? :open_mouth: I´m kind of lost.

the credit card payment is in sandbox atm, so you could try buy something.

It seems the template of thank you page is broken or has a permission issue.

Could you please double check the file `` is existed/correct permission?

is there any plugin for checking that? I´m not quite sure how to double check the permission/existed :confused:

Hi Nik,

Please follow this article on how to check and change file and folder permissions via FTP.

See the error where you can locate the thankyou.php file

If changing the permission does not work, please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
