Text size and color

Hi, I would like to increase the size of my text on mobile and also make the color of the font slightly darker gray. What’s the best way to do this?

Thanks,
Tim Brennan

Hi Tim,

Thanks for writing in! You can use hide during breakpoints feature on X/Pro themes to output different elements/content for different device widths. Please check our guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/hide-during-breakpoint-explained/17378) and implement it accordingly.

Also try following this video walk-through on how to use responsive text feature on X theme (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UXPhObp296c).

Hope that helps.

OMG, I don’t want to deal with all of this. I’m not using cornerstone.

Isn’t there some simple CSS that will make my text darker and a little bigger on mobile?

Hi Tim,

The best way to do this is to navigate to Theme Options > Typography and adjust the Root Font Size

Adjust only the Font size (SM) and Font size (XS) because those are for the mobile view.

On the same panel scroll further down and find the BODY FONT COLOR to adjust your body content color.

Hope it helps,
Cheers!
