On https://literative.com/ the text is rendering late in comparison to other elements of the page.
This began after updating to the latest version of X-theme.
It is interesting to note that <strong> or <em> text will load normally, but anything else within <p> loads slower.
Is there any solution to this?
Is this happening to anyone else?

Are you using any kind of HTML minification? This kind of thing is usually caused by caching, or a conflict with another plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
