Text Editor blank in Cornerstone after theme update

Can see the text to edit in the live preview and the editor. However, as soon as I click on the editor to edit the text the whole column goes blank. Have followed several other remedial threads regarding this and tried the suggestions to no avail. I.E waited for the text editor to appear if server slow … not worked. Switched off all third party add-ons … not worked. Don’t know what else to try. I would provide log in details but am not seeing the ‘Secure Note’ option on the foot of this box that is supposed to be there to provide those details?!

Thanks for writing in! Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • X theme 6.5.4
  • Cornerstone 3.5.3

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

_After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.-
