Text customization no longer in CS?

I can no longer find the custom options for text in cornerstone – was it removed? I used to be able to adjust the line height, letter spacing, etc… now all of those options are missing. Is there another way to access the ability to do this without css?

I suggest you to first try activating Advanced Mode under X > Settings > Administrator > User Preference and then try reloading the page to see the advanced options for the elements.
