Hi,
Is the only template pack available for people with standard X licenses the starter template pack? ARe there any others that can be downloaded?

Thanks for writing in!

Yes, In X Theme under Template Manager, you get the Starter Template Packs that can be imported by clicking on Import Starter Pack button.
