Template File "Sorry! Your file isn't formatted correctly"

I saved a page as a content template, I downloaded it, it refuses to upload. I’ve done this with several other templates and they all worked fine. I need this resolved today please.

Can you please try to export the template file again and then reimport? If the issue is still there, please share the template file with us so we can test it on our end. You can use services like Dropbox to share the file.
