Support with upgrade from X to Pro & Child Theme

Specifically, I need to verify that I have the Pro-Child theme set up correctly.

I created the child theme manually before I saw that you have provided a zipped file to take care of all of the mechanics.

Could you contact me so that I can provide the site and login credentials? Or can you give me instruction on how to verify that I have it set up correctly?

Here’s a detailed guide on how to setup the child theme.

To verify that you have installed Pro child theme, please go to Appearance > Themes. Look for the active theme. It should be Pro - child like below:
