Superfly Menu won't activate

Hi there,

I have installed and activated Superfly Mobile menu, but it doesn’t work. It still has the page asking to register and put in a purchase code. Can you please assist?

Thanks for writing in.

This will not usually work if your version is not the version compatible with X theme. Please remove your superfly then install it again using the X adds on or in the X > Overview > superfly > install and activate.

Hi there,

I have gone through the install/activate process about three times as you’ve outlined, and it still won’t work. I’ve read the KB article and checked it all, and it seems to be the correct version. Any ideas why it isn’t working?

I tried entering the x theme purchase code but that didn’t work - is there a purchase code you can supply to get it working?

Does anyone have any ideas of how to fix this? our website will launch in 24 hours and I need to sort this out. Any ideas?

Few things that I spotted while checking your website:

1. Superfly menu panel is working fine on my end. Please see screenshot https://screencast.com/t/ZxQJ8VmLg9O

2. I see that you are not using the compatible version of Superfly menu. As stated in our version compatibility guide, current compatible version is 4.3.2 and you are running 4.3.3.

3. It seems that you are running X Theme version 5.1.1 and right now we have 5.2.2. Running a old version of any software has it’s own share of issues most noteworthy being security issues and bugs. X Theme 5.2.2 comes with great set of features and functionality that you can read more on changelog. If you decide to update theme you can refer our theme and plugin update guide:
