Submenu disappears even while mouse is hovering

Hi,
I’m having an issue on this site where the nav menu disappears while trying to navigate to submenus/items. It doesn’t seem to happen every time, and is more prevalent when the mouse is moving relatively quickly. Is there anything I can do to adjust this behavior?

Thanks for writing in! You seem to have quite a few licenses registered on your account so I am not sure which website is in question. Can you please share the URL of your site so we can suggest a tailored solution? In the mean time check for the following:

1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

2. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

3. Remove custom CSS (take a complete backup first) and see if this resolves the issue?

Thank you for the URL. I tested your site in all major browsers including edge and IE11 and I am not able to replicate the issue on my end. I also tried moving the mouse cursor quickly but it still works fine on my end. Can you please share a video recording of the issue so we can take a closer look?
