Stuck in Skeleton Mode, no Customiser, can't update

Hi,

I moved from X to Pro on the attached site, and now I can’t use Customiser, update Pro and the editor says there’s an undefined error meaning I can’t use the GUI.

The header is also behaving, it should be fixed to the top of the screen all the time, and a font went missing after the upgrade. I think I can fix those, but the backend is borked and I don’t know what to do.

I’ve checked your website and here you are my notes:

  • You still have X theme and X Child theme active, I didn’t find Pro theme installed.

  • On your current X theme installation, you have X theme version 6.1.5 installed, with Cornerstone version 2.0.5, that’s an old version of Cornerstone plugin, please upgrade both X theme and Cornerstone to the latest stable version and you will get the builder working fine with your current setup, you can follow this guide to update theme/plugins:

  • Cornerstone plugin isn’t needed in Pro, it’s already integrated, so if you want to keep using X theme, please follow the instructions I’ve provided above, if you want to migrate to Pro, please follow instructions below:

Thanks man,

I’ve clearly confused myself between al of the sites I manage, and it would appear that updating Cornerstone has solved all of the problems.
