I’m still having problems validating X on one of my websites.
I’d previously provided the url and login credentials, and you asked me to make sure I’m running up to date versions of X and Cornerstone, but this hasn’t worked.
I have a valid purchase code, I can enter it in the text field, but hitting enter has no effect.
Please help!

Thanks for writing in! I have logged in and tested validation in your site. I can confirmed that the issue is happening on the site. Further investigation showed that you are using an older version of X and Cornerstone. You will have to update the X and Cornerstone manually. Please download the latest files from your dashboard (https://theme.co/apex/dashboard) and upload it to your ftp.
