Sticky Header doesn't stick

Hi… I’m trying to activate sticking option for my header. And I tried everything… I activated Sticky Bar in the setup section and then Applied trigger Offset… But my header is not sticking at all.

Please let me know what I’m doing wrong.

Thanks in advance.

Hi There @LixarCommunity

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking, I see that you have 3 websites assigned to your Themeco licenses. I see two websites with sticky navbar functioning properly and the other one needs htaccess password to view your site. We need the correct site URL with access to check your issue.

In the meantime, make sure that you’re using the latest version of X/Pro theme by checking the latest version numbers from here (https://theme.co/changelog/). You can check our update guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62).

If you’re fully updated, then disable your 3rd party plugins and test your issue further. If you’re using a child theme, activate your parent theme and test your issue.

Thanks!

I added the credentials in the secure note. We use latest version.

Hello @LixarCommunity,

Thanks for updating the thread.

Can you please confirm the login details as I am being asked to enter site password and shared credentials are not working?

Thanks.

the username and the password are in the secure note.

Thank you

I’m sorry but the given credentials does not work. Please check.

Thanks.

Please try now… I checked and it is working, Thanks

Hello There,

Please follow up the steps below:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
  2. Go to X > Settings and click on the Clear Style Cache button.
  3. If you’re using a CDN(ex: CloudFlare), please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services. For the CloudFlare you also need to follow the steps below besides the developer mode: https://xthemetips.com/using-cloudflare-rocket-loader-with-x-pro-and-x5/928/1
  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  5. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.
  6. Switch to the parent theme to check if the issue persists.
  7. Turn off all the cache server and cache plugins.

Let us know how it goes!
