Where can I get details of Ethos1 stack?
I would like to know some details like the tone of color of some elements and what are the spacings of some elements.
Where and how can I get that info?

Most of the color settings in the Ethos stack can be change in X > Theme Options > Ethos. The background color is in the Layout and Design option settings too. The spacing of the elements can be change in X > Theme Options > Typography. For more other information about element spacing, please check out these articles:
