Some layout elements didn't look right after updating Themeco Pro to the latest version

Please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

  1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  2. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.
  3. Clear browser and server (if any) cache and load the website again.

Deactivated all plugins and still has the same issue.

It seems that the WP Bakery elements has been changed after the update that’s why it’s no longer looking right.
For example, the part with the there’s a text and gravity form after, before the update, it’s 2 elements, text editor and a gravity form. See image before update on image.

Then after the update, it has just become 1 element where the gravity form was just added as a short code within the text editor. See image after update on image.

To resolve this issue, please go to WPBakery Page Builder > General Settings and enable the “Legacy X Integration”.
