[SOLVED] X Pro keeps loading

Hey,

I recently tried disabling and enabling all my plugins. This has caused some drastic errors on my website.

First of all:

Cornerstone (or Pro editor) loads infinite. I tried updating to the latest versions, but it still just loads. I tried testing plugin problems, but it didn’t solve the problem.

I’ve also increased PHP Memory Limit, but it doesn’t seem to work. I have confirmed with my host, that this shouldn’t be the problem. And besides that - the problem happened out of nowhere.

Another problem:

At the same time as the problem above was caused, Essentiel Grid starting behaving very weird.

First of all, the images looked very stretched. Secondly, some of the pages with Essential Grid didn’t have any content at all. The problem was so bad that I had to deactivate the plugin totally.

Glad you’ve sorted this out, Frederik. Not sure what you did but besides testing for a plugin conflict and increasing memory limit, here are other possible solutions:

1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

2. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins.

3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

4. If you’re using a child theme, switch to the parent theme and remove custom codes.
