Smooth scroll scrolls too far

the problem exists on pages that have the additional sticky sub menu. when clicking a link on the black sub menu, the scroll stopping point does not account for this element.

how do i tell it to stop at the correct spot?

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! The sticky submenu height is not being accounted for because it is not supported in the theme. Only the navbar height is calculated to display the correct section. You may need to include more top padding of your section to resolve this.

isn’t there some code you can give me that i can copy and paste in to make it work?

You may need to include more top padding of your section to resolve this. Regretfully we do not have any code that may help you resolve the issue.
