In my latest speed test, it looks like AJAX is causing a delay.
How do I fix that?

Ajax loading time is a parameter depending on the performance of your hosting service provider. Unfortunately, it is nothing that you can do as it is 100% depending on the resources of your server.
You can test the case by moving your website to your local machine or another test server.
