Do X theme users have access to these add-ons?

Thanks for writing in! The import function for the free sliders will only work if you have registered the product by purchasing a license. In X since it is a bundled plugin, it is no longer possible. You will have to download the sliders and manually import it to your site. You can get the sliders from here: https://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/

Manual import is only for the free sliders. The premium ones are not accessible.

At no point is written on the KB that the premium sliders templates that were added specially to made people purchase the plugin separately are available. All standard functionalities are.
