Slider revolution options missing

Hello,
I can not find the options for various devices (screenshots). I would like to ask why are not there? how can I add them?

why do you say that plugins are premium if they are not? free version of revolution slider I could install by myself

Hey @Silvia23,

Please first ensure that you’re using the latest supported version of Slider Revolution (currently 5.4.7.2).

For the viewport options to show up, you must select a layer first. For more details, please see https://www.themepunch.com/faq/incorrect-position-or-size-for-text-button-or-shape/

I’m not sure where you can get a free version of the Slider Revolution but the version bundled in X is a premium or paid version. See https://revolution.themepunch.com/. The goes the same for all bundled plugins in X. They are paid (premium) plugins. That means you will need to buy them normally. But, they’re included in X for free.

Hi,

thank you for your replay.
I’m using the latest version of revolution slider as you can see on my previous screenshot. 5.4.7.2 so the plugin is up to date. I can not see the viewport options even if I select a layer.
I provide you credentials via secure note so you can check my problem there.

Hi there,

How do I login? It displays a page instead of login page when accessing wp-admin or wp-login.php

And please note that those icons will not appear unless you enable the custom grid options. Please check this https://www.themepunch.com/faq/slider-revolution-responsive-tutorial-5-0/, https://www.themepunch.com/faq/incorrect-position-or-size-for-text-button-or-shape/

And you can always check Revslider’s documentation on how the features works.

I answered in Secure note

Yes thank you now I can see the viewport icons but I have some other problems. Can not see the changes on slider I make , even I clear wp cache and browser cache.

I can see the slider is working fine and the changes are showing properly in the front end.
