Slider revolution installation error

I’m working on a brand new install of Wordpress, and slider revolution will not install, the error says it’s an internal server error

Hi Tom,

It seems the admin credentials are incorrect, please provide the latest and I’ll check again. I have to login through admin to see the error.

I have tried to install Slider Revolution plugin manually also, but I was getting the following error.

You can download all the extensions from your Themeforest account and try installing by yourself (X_package/extensions/revslider.zip).

It seems that your hosting configuration related issue is the cause (https://www.lifewire.com/504-gateway-timeout-error-explained-2622941). Please contact your hosting provider with regard to this issue (provide them with the plugin zip file, so that they can reproduce the issue) and they should be able to fix it for you.
