i just dont know what happend but it seems that my slider revolution not showing all sliders any more… could you please tell me what is causing this?

I checked your website and I see this error in the browser console:
I am not sure why this is happening on your website, I checked the Revolution Slider on my installation and it is working ok.
So you need to check the latest stuff you have done and undo them to find out the problem reason.
I could not find why this is happening for your installation.

i have tried remove all codes in js and css its not working
i have tried to disable all plugins its not working
what may cause this do you think?

I could confirm that this is because of the error showing in your browser console. You could try reinstalling your revolution slider.
Don’t forget to clear site and browser cache after reinstalling.

Kindly do the following steps.
- Create full backup of your site. You can use this third party plugin.
- Export all your sliders.

Go to plugins page and deactivate and delete revslider plugin.

Install it back via
X > Validation -
Check if your sliders are intact, if not you may import all sliders from no. 2

i have tried to reinstall this, it does not loss sliders, they are all intact.
and it does not fix the problem.

and it wont show any option to update it to the latest version, does this has something to do with this?

Upon checking, looks like your sliders are working (see https://youtu.be/opacR2rds8Y). If what I see are not the sliders your referring to, please provide more details and screenshots.

hey, it shows that there is available updates but i cant find a way to update it, the buttons doesnt work.
and i am referring to the sliders on this page for example:

I just checked and you’re on the latest version of the slider, the version that we provide.
And that URL displays a 404 page, I don’t see any slider but just logo in the upper part of the page. Please provide the correct URL.

The latest available version in our Themeco plugin repository is still 5.4.7.4. You can check that out here: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195
And Yes the available version is already 5.4.8. We are still testing this version for incompatibility issues with the theme. Once we are finish with testing, we will be updating our Themeco plugin repository so that you can update it in your WP dashboards.

Please edit your page and remove the raw content element. Please use the Slider Revolution element directly.
