Slider rev issue

I have enabled ssl certificate on my hosting. And rev slider fails. Both on desktop and mobile.
Trying to follow the suggestion in red but that’s unclear to me. I see in the rev slider setting the “Put JS Includes To Body” but there’s no TRUE option there.
And about “double jquery.js include and remove it” I don’t know where that is.

Hope you can help to fix it.

Hi @giusep71,

Thank you for reaching out to us. This usually happens when JavaScript minification is turned on. If you’ve any optimization service enabled or cache plugin, you can try disabling the plugin / optimization services and see if this resolves the issue. If this doesn’t help then please check for the following first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  3. Remove custom JavaScript and deactivate your child theme and switch to parent theme (take a complete backup first).

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thanks!

It seems it really has to do with JavaScript minification and cache.
Hopefully I only need to tweak things around. If not I’ll get back to you.
In the meantime thanks a lot.

You’re welcome, @giusep71.
