I created a slider with Slider Revolution. The Main Background is an HTML5 Video. It was playing a sound. It stopped working recently. How can I get the sound back?

Did you switch to https lately? If so, please ensure all resources are redirected to https URL. Try contacting your hosting provider for that.
Could you tell us what else you’ve updated in your site before this happened?

Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.
