Thanks for writing in! You can use Slider Revolution plugin to create a slider and you can enable it above masthead to display on top of your site. Please refer to our knowledge base section here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/features-sliders/97).

You can install it in X page and below the page, you should see the bundle plugins like the Revolution Slider.
