Site suddenly down

Hi! When I try to enter my site I get this message

It’s the same message in the customizer, and it suddenly happened - I actually haven’t been on the site for a few days and today this was all that was there. Anyone know what to do?

Please make sure that you are running compatible version of PHP 5.6. https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

Thank you for your answer. PHP version are already 5.6.30

Hey @ChNesset,

Looking at the error message, it looks like you’re still using an old version of Pro. Before version 1.1.0 when it was still called X Pro. If I’m correct, you will need to manually update to the latest version of Pro. If the issue persists, please give us WP admin and FTP access in a Secure Note.

Thank you! I’ll try that, but that link for manully updating doesn’t work, says “Oops! That page doesn’t exist or is private.”.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials(by clicking on the Secure Note button at the bottom) so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

I tried to upload the pro theme to this directory: /public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/.

But I got this error message:


Could you please double check on your FTP account or upload the Pro theme to that directory for me?

The transer is failing here as well

In that case, you’ll need to contact your web host why the transfer fails on their server.

They suggest that the space for my service are full, trying to fix that now

I got more space. So now it’s working. Uploaded pro.
Apparently I should clean up a bit. Any tips?
