Hi Gregory,
Thanks for writing in! Usually, most possible causes are due to caching or plugin conflicts. Since you have tested for a plugin conflict, I would suggest you to check your PHP version and memory limit. Could you please try following our general troubleshooting guidelines below and see if you can isolate the issue.
Make sure to clear full cache before testing (https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/).
If you’re still having issues, provide us with your WordPress login credentials in a secure note to check your issue further.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!

Hello Gregory,
You are using PHP 5.6. You can check it in Dashboard > Health Check.
By the way, I have disabled the W3 Total Cache and I was able to edit most of the pages. Your homepage is having an issue because you may have inserted invalid html codes. Please do make sure that all the html code you will be inserting is valid and correct. Unclosed tags or invalid tag could messed up the page layout or potential do not load the preview. With this happens, you can always use the skeleton mode to edit the page for faster response and easy access of the elements on the preview area.
Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.
