Site not updating

I have Pro 2.5.5 and says 3.0.4 is available but no update option is appearing and no updates pending.
Can this be done manually?

Hey There,

Please go to Dashboard > Updates and click Check Again. This should trigger the update manually.

I have logged in and I can confirm that there is no updates displaying in your dashboard. It could be that the current installed theme is corrupted or that the server is blocking the connections to the Theme.co server.

To save us time, I went ahead and have manually updated your theme. You are now using Pro 3.0.4.
