Site Migration issues with Pro & Cornerstone

Hi There

Im currently attempting to move a site I have designed on a production site to my clients live site.

Im using All in One WP Migration and everything seems to go smoothly until… all the cornerstone formatting is all wrong. The landing page I created should be 3 columns in row 1 and it’s showing as 3 rows.

I’ve tried several attempts to no avail - I have no idea what I’m doing wrong or what I’m missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks

Hey,

ensure that you`re following this article: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/themeco-hosting-how-to-migrate-your-wordpress-site/190

Thanks for that resource.
I wasn’t having much luck, so I re-installed wordpress and installed the theme fresh (no import) and still having the same issue. When I go to a row layout and make it 3 columns, it shows as three rows. I wouldn’t have thought that a new install of wordpress and theme would still bring about the issue. Any thoughts?

Hey there,

Please disable Under Construction mode so we could see the issue. Or, you could give us WordPress admin access in a Secure Note.

Before that, please do the following first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195

  2. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  5. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

Thanks.
