Site Icons Missing from Most of My Sites

Most of my sites using Integrity stack, are not showing the Site Icons option. Did that move? Trying to set favicons and such.

You can add favicons from Appearance > Customize > Site Identify > Site Icon. Here is a screencast that you can take a look.
