Hi all, we are in a bit of a pickle and as of around 12 EST our site has been down on both front and back end. We every once in awhile be able to log in on the back end but really have no movement to do anything critical. We currently use woocommerce and quite a few plug ins but we keep them up to date and have never had an issue like this. We did not change any code today or make any changes and have yet to get a response on the issue from any front. I thought I’d reach out and see if there was something maybe related to the X theme we are running, that could be associated with it.
Our site does not load properly on the front. There are pictures that don’t show(mostly all of the product photos), our layer slider doesn’t load, all of our drop downs don’t work but one. Our sidebar menus only shows a couple links out of the 15 or so we have, some links will take you to your designated area but nothing is very legible or navigable.
Then on the back end our orders under woocommerce shows $0.00, changed the order number, basically stripped everything of it… We are also getting different errors like a 503 error as one example. The server says they cannot replicate the errors.
We are just at a dead end an a little desperate for any help, recommendations or fixes.
Also we are getting this issues of templates. It says
“Your theme (X) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.”
We don’t know how to go about fixing that and think that may be our issue.
