Site Down, Cornerstone Not Working

Hello,

All themes and plugins are up to date for the site below, however, the site is not loading the full page anymore. It is only loading the letter V in the upper left.

What could be causing this? Need to get the site back up asap.
Running PHP version: 7.2.21

Thanks for updaitng the thread .

Please share website administrator password for us to take a closer look. In the meantime please try out following:

  1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  2. Under Appearance > Themes activate parent theme and test the case again.
  3. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

Just switched over to parent theme and still same issue and also doesn’t appear to be a plugin conflict.

Added administrator password to secure note.

Also updated the php limit in the wp-config file. Still no luck…

The index.php file was compromised. Added the code back in there to fix the issue. Problem seems to be resolved…
