Please may you assist me with this… my site http://david-frampton.com
Thanks

Hello @davidframpton,

Thanks for asking and I am really sorry that the website is down and that it’s displaying error message.

First, using FTP software like Filezilla navigate under /wp-content/plugins/ and delete Cornerstone folder. Dong so should remove the error message and website should start working fine. However, as Cornerstone is not installed currently, you might see shortcodes on the website. To fix that we need to install Cornerstone. Open X > Validation to automatically install Cornerstone. Please clear cache and re-check the website.

Please take a look at following article to get started with Filezilla:

Let us know how it goes.

This looks like a problem that would happen with an older version of PHP. I’ve adjusted the code so it won’t happen again after this upcoming point release (should be out later today).

Thanks for getting back @alexander. Any way I can fix the problem without using filezilla?

Thanks for suggestion @Prasant. I don’t have to hand to domain details, will be quite some effort to obtain. Is there another way to get back to wordpress back door?
Very Best

Hi David,

You can login to cPanel and use the File Editor also:

We’ve just released the new version of X theme & Cornerstone plugin. Please update your X theme & Cornerstone plugin as well:

Hi @thai, unfortunately unable to log in… when I click to do so sends me to blamnk page with forbidden. Any other suggestions?

Hi David,

I’m sorry but if you don’t have access to the WordPress backend, the only way would be to manually login into your server through FTP.

Please get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them update your PHP version 5.6.x or later to avoid incompatibility issues.

Hope that helps.
