Site demo fail to upload

hi there, i cant upload any demo sites. I was hoping you could help me to fix this problem. I have copied and pasted the site info. I was thinking its the php upload size 128m

Yes, please try to increase both PHP upload size and post max size.. Then try again after. If the issue persists, please share credentials inside a secure note.

Please also share which demo are you trying to install from the DESIGN CLOUD so we can try it and check the error directly. Thank you.

The credentials provided doesn’t work. Please give us both WordPress and FTP access.

Thanks for updating in! I have investigated your issue and it seems it is because of your server settings. Please make sure that you have meet the requirements to run the latest WordPress core. You will need at least PHP 7.2 and yet you are using 5.6.4. Please check out this article:
