When we are making a copy of an install, it is not carrying over images that were in the media library; it just shows a blank space where certain images used to be and the newer ones that I added in recently are showing fine…any ideas?

Thank you for writing in and sorry you’re having that issue, that is either your images files were not transferred/copy to the new server. Or the migration process failed to change all the old URL to new URL on the database.
Please make sure all files transfer/copied on the new server
And make sure all the old URL entry in the database is changed to new before you import the .sql file to a new database

So I changed out all images on the site before copying and again, none of the new images get migrated…there are just blank spaces where all of the images should be. Any other thoughts?
