There seems to be a problem regarding the installation. The front end code shows that you are using version 1.1.0 of the Pro theme which is pretty old. Please kindly update it to version 1.2.7
Also, I see an error 500:
That is an Internal Server Error. Please kindly contact your hosting service provider and ask them to check the error log for you to give you the actual error causing the issue.
