Since updating today, when I click on an element in the Pro editor, the link opens up in a new tab. While it can be nice to see the link work, anytime I switch to an element with a link, it constantly opens a new tab with the URL linked. How can I stop this from occurring while in the editor? It’s becoming very frustrating to deal with.
I would share a gif of the issue but forum restricts me from uploading a file that’s only 1.81 MB in size.

Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.
If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Remove custom CSS, JavaScript and deactivate your child theme and switch to parent theme (take a complete backup first).
