Shortcode for featured image

Good afternoon,

is the shortcode / element available in cornerstone / X that could display a featured image on a page?

When I say featured image I mean the one you add in the pages Wordpress backoffice

Hey Jason,

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.

Hi @hyperdrive_boom,

Actually, the Image element can do that with the new Dynamic Content feature.



That Image element will then pull whatever feature image set on that page/post.

Make sure you’re on the latest version to have that feature.

Updating Your Themes and Plugins

Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
