Shortcode around element

Hello support,

Is it possible to put a shortcode around a element?

For example:
I am trying to put [cookies_accepted] [/cookies_accepted] around a (Google) map element, so it’s hidden when visitors don’t accept cookies. I am using this plugin to do the cookie handling:

Cookie Notice for GDPR & CCPA

The shortcode works within content area (with youtube-embeds / twitterfeed-embeds)

I don’t believe it will be easily applicable to do that for Maps Element, however, if this “Cookie Notice” plugin was developed with “Nested Shortcodes” in mind, then perhaps it might work with map shortcode:
