Shop page not displaying correctly

Hello, I visited my shop page this morning and the template looks broken. I’ve had something smilar happen before so I saved the page template, created a new page, loaded template and it’s still broke. Not sure what’s happening. When I use the inspector tool, it’s showing a few woocommerce styles are missing…

Changed the template to No Container, No Header, No Footer and the page is displaying correctly with the exception of not having a header and footer now. Should I try saving the Header template and footer template and re-assign?

Certain elements aren’t hiding for the set breakpoints. What can be affecting that in cornerstone?

Hi Chris,

Thank you for reaching out to us. This could be a caching issue, try clearing all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

If the issue persists then please check for the following first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  3. Remove custom CSS, JavaScript and deactivate your child theme and switch to parent theme (take a complete backup first).

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thanks.
