Setting default font color in content editor elements

I have set a default font color inside my theme: X > Theme Options > Typography.

I have also set a font color inside the Color manager.

But whenever I go to add an element inside the content editor (header, text, etc) it defaults to the standard black (#000000) instead of my custom color.

How can I make the content editor respect my color choices as default?

I know I can hack those elements with custom CSS but surely there is a way to do it inside your tool, otherwise whats the point of giving us those color options outlined above?

Hi,

The global color is only applicable for elements without any color styling.

To set a default for your elements, you need to do it through the template manager.

Please see Element Defaults section on the link below

Hope that helps
