Session expired logout placement

session expired logout is paced below the footer and does not look nice at all. How can we style this or why?

Can this be a pop up instead? Or why is this happening? Doesn’t user just get logged our once expired?

Hello @bracas,

Thanks for writing in! Session expired logout notification may have came from a 3rd party plugin or from WordPress itself. Normally, it displays as a modal up. I am not sure why it appears below the footer in your case. Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • Pro theme 2.4.6 or
  • X theme 6.4.6
  • Cornerstone 3.4.6
  • WordPress 5.0.3

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

_After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.-

Please let us know how it goes.

We have latest version or all those  Pro theme 2.4.6 and Wordpress 5.0.3.

Flushed all cache instances from database to frontend varnish.

Hi There @bracas

I see that you’re using a child theme as well. Could you please try disabling your child theme by activating your parent Pro theme and see if you’re having a child theme customization related issue.

If you cannot isolate the issue, provide us with your WordPress login credentials in a secure note to check. Also make sure to add a screenshot with the notification that you see in the footer.

Thanks!
