When I try to edit in pro, I get stuck in a page that first says “Loading” then tells me my session has expired. I saw a related ticket but no obvious solution. Pls advise

I have encountered similar issue and updating wordpress to latest version resolve the issue.
Please update wordpress, xtheme and cornerstone to latest version.
Latest version numbers are
Wordpress 4.9.7
X 6.2.5,
Cornerstone 3.2.5
