Section Sizing

I’m looking to achieve a faux subnav of sorts for only a few pages. I’m using the Sticky Menu (Or Anything) plugin which is working great - the only issue is the height of this section which I can’t seem to reduce without things getting really wonky. I’d like for this section to be the same height as the nav menu up top - any suggestions?

Hello @djshott,

Thanks for asking.

I think you are using Pro Theme header builder on the website. With section are you referring to Header builder Bar?You can adjust the height from Bar > Dimensions > Height. Please see screencast.

If that’s not the case, can you please share website URL for us to take a closer look?

Thanks.

I can’t share the URL because I’m building it out locally over MAMP.

I’m using the X theme Integrity stack and not using any header builder for the top nav.

I’m basically just trying to make the section the same height as the main nav. But there seems to be some padding somewhere that I can’t kill with CSS - so the section is taller than I’d like it to be.

Hello There,

If you are using One page navigation, please make sure that you have set the Topbar height in X > Theme Options > Headers > Navbar. The navbar top height must the the actual height of your navbar or nav menu so that when you click to a one page navigation menu, it will go to the correct section.

And if you are using a different menu like ubermenu or other menu plugin, it may not be possible to adjust because it does not compute the height of your navbar. You may need to add a top padding of each section instead.

Hope this would help.
