Scrolling difficulty on Mobile iOs

hi there,

A User of my website has reported difficulty in scrolling down the page. Sometimes he can, other times it just flicks back up again and refuses. Have you had any other reports like this? I’ve checked on my own mobile, but I can’t replicate the issue. Thanks for any help,

Louisa

I think it might have something to do with the inner scrolling? Thanks,

Louisa

Hello Louisa,

Yes, I am seeing a double scrollbars in your site. This may have came from your header settings. Please edit your header and disable the content scrolling option in the bar settings.

And this isn’t helping, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:

Hey Louisa,

The double scrollbar issue happens if the height of the content of a bar is taller than the height of the bar. This usually happens in the footer builder because the bar’s height is fixed. Right now, your footer bar’s height is 5px.

The solution: Set all your Footer Bar’s Height to auto.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Another thing that could cause the double scrollbar issue is if an element has negative bottom margin so you will want to be careful when applying negative bottom margins as that affects the height of a header or footer bar or content section.

Hope that helps.

This worked! Thanks so much for solving the issue.

You’re welcome!
We’re glad @Christian were able to help you out.
