Hi, I would like to create a website same as http://theme.com/x demo mean one-page navigation etc, currently i have purchase and installed child theme, so is it possible create a site similar as demo? or i need to purchase pro version? or is there anyway to get same demo and customize?

We are really sorry http://theme.com/x is not a demo to be used by the customer. You can use our regular and expanded demos and customize them as per your requirement.
Regarding one page menu, you can check this article how to set up One-page menu.
We are really sorry but the same demo doesn’t available in Pro too.
